We invite you to participate in our yearly benefit postcard show:

Wish You Were Here 12: June 27 - July 21, 2013
Reception: Thursday, June 27th, 6 - 8:30 pm
Last year's exhibit featured work by over 400 artists from as far afield as Australia and Guyana. This year we hope you will join us in our mission to provide leadership and community to women in the arts by exhibiting your work in Wish You Were Here 12. Artists of all mediums including writers and musicians are encouraged to donate.

**All the proceeds of this exhibition help fund our programs, including our Fellowship Program for under-represented and emerging women artists.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only be exhibiting sincle postcards & we will ONLY accept 1 from each artist.

DIRECTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
please read the below carefully

1. Create a wall mountable artwork that is 4 x 6 inches*

- If your artwork is NOT made of cardstock or a similar thin material, please wire the back so that we can hang it on the wall on a nail or hook.

2. Print the following information on the back of each card:

Name:
Title:
Medium:
Year:
Phone Number &/or Email:

*ONLY ONE POSTCARD BY EACH ARTIST WILL BE EXCEPTED

*We will NOT accept diptychs & triptychs this year.

*WORK LARGER THAN 4 X 6 INCHES WILL NOT BE EXHIBITED

*WORK THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE ON THE BACK WILL NOT BE EXHIBITED

By 6pm Friday, June 7th, 2013:

*Each donated card will be labeled and a list of participating artists will be made available to gallery visitors.

All postcards will be priced at $45 including New York State sales tax.

This year all sales will be CASH or CREDIT & CARRY only.

RETURN of unsold work:

- Enclose a SASE for the return of your submission ONLY for U.S. submissions**
- Postcards from outside of the US CANNOT be mailed back

OR

- Pick up your submission no later than September 12th 2013

ANY SUBMISSIONS NOT PICKED UP BY:

SEPTEMBER 12, 2013 will become the property of A.I.R.
