For forty-five years, A.I.R. has remained an artist-run organization that supports the exchange of ideas and risk-taking by women artists in order to raise the visibility of their work.

As an act of non-compliance in the current political climate, the gallery will be closed on January 20th for the #J20 Art Strike and on January 21st for the national and local Women's Marches. A.I.R. stands in solidarity with our artists, as well as other arts organizations and members of the art community.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, this is an important day to have our voices heard. The gallery will re-open on Sunday, January 22nd.
