Dates, Polaroid Transfer

The process of Polaroid transfer allows me to challenge the boundaries of tangibility. The camera captures an image as a constellation of lights imprinted on film. I extract the imprint and transfer it to an adoptive surface - making it tangible once more. However, tangibility has taken a new form - one that I help recreate by a manual metamorphosis. Through this process, the distance between the two forms of tangibility opens up a space for the imagination like a mirage of an oasis in the desert.
